Relaxed – Documentary – Natural
I believe that your wedding photography experience is so much more than just the wedding day itself. From the moment you book me I will check in on you as a couple in the lead-up to your wedding, to the delight of designing your album. Together we will ensure your day is captured exactly as you imagined and have lots of laughs and fun along the way.
What to expect on the day
Getting Ready
I will arrive early to photograph those moments of excitement with friends and family, the champagne pop, the getting into your dress for the first time, the first looks and details,this is just one of my favourite parts of the day.
Groom Preperation
Along with brdal prep, i will go and check on the groom and take fun photos of the groom getting ready.
Details
Attention to detail is something i love. Whether its the rings,clinking of champagne glasses or the brides jewelery these are all small details i don’t like to miss, i will also be looking through out your day for those spontanious moments of laughter.
Candid Moments
So every angle is captured we can discuss a second photographer so your guest get some photos whilst we are doing portraits and every angle of your day is captured, if you do decide you don’t want a second shooter, i always find time to get those precious momments of friends and family having a good time.
Precious Alone Time
Once the ceremony is over, we will plan to find some space for those first special moments as a married couple to get some portraits. I will take you to the spots that I will have scouted in the morning where the light is good, I am happy to give as much or as little guidance as you want, I usually like to spend 15-25 minutes, this can be discussed as I don’t like to take you away from the party for too long!
The group Photos
Before the day i like to discuss the group shots you would like. I often like to designate a reliable bridesmade and bestman to help round up everyone, this is often someone who knows everyone in the party so there is a smooth turn around as i know at this point people will want to be enjoying there champagne!
The Party
Once the ‘first dance’ is over i don’t like to rush off as there is often a lot of the fun party shots to take, so i often will hang around whilst the party and madness is still happening, so i dont miss any of the fun shots!
Extras
Second Shooter
So that every angle is captured on your day, there are often when I can’t be in two places at once such as the dance floor and other aspects of the day; there is an option to discuss having a second shooter to help capture different angles of the day.
