As a southwest London photographer, there are so many gorgeous places to get some family photographs.I have grown up in southwest London so know the area very well. Southwest London is a beautiful part of the city often making you feel like you are not in a city if you know where to go.Even if you are new to southwest London, or not familiar with the are I would definitely recommend exploring it.

A few favourite places to photograph as a Southwest London photographer

Clapham Common is open space, has a cafe located in the centre called pear tree cafe which is opposite a beautiful bandstand which Is a great space for photographs. There is also a huge play area for children to play which has recently been refurbished.

Wandsworth Common,is another lovely place to get photographs and has a lake in the middle. It also has a coffee shop next to some tennis courts called Skylark cafe.

Battersea Park, this is a personal favourite! having spent many summers banana biking, ice creams and lovely walks. There are so many hidden corners with scenic views and you can walk along the river.

A few more favourite outside locations as a southwest London photographer

If you want longer walk and don’t want to feel like you are in London I would recommend Richmond Park. As a southwest London family photographer this is a place where you can get completely lost in nature which I love! Make sure you keep an eye out for deer as there are plenty around.There is also 40acres of woodland called Isabella Planton which is a lovely area to photograph a southwest London photographer.
